Do I need a card to start the free trial?

No. Pick your topics, then verify your mobile number. Your trial starts when you create your account and covers your first 5 real alerts, or 7 days, whichever comes first — the days run even if you have not opted in to alerts yet. You only enter card details if you decide to stay after that.

How many texts will I actually get?

Only as many as there is news for. The plan limit is a ceiling, not a target — 4 a day on Standard and up to 12 on Premium — and most days come in well under it. Quiet days mean nothing happened, not that something broke. If you would rather hear something, you can opt in to a trending story after a few quiet days in a row.

What is the difference between Standard and Premium?

Standard covers up to 2 topics, each refined with up to 10 sub-topics, up to 2 news sites of your own, and up to 4 texts a day. Premium covers up to 6 topics, up to 10 news sites of your own, and raises the daily ceiling to 12, with a slider so you set your own pace.

Is there an app?

No, and there is not going to be one. Everything arrives in your normal messages thread, so there is nothing to install, nothing to open and no feed to scroll.

How do I stop the texts?

Pause or opt out from your dashboard at any time — this works immediately regardless of country, and you can delete your account and its data there too. You can also reply STOP to any message; it works, but SMS reply delivery back to us can be less reliable outside Australia, so the dashboard is the option we guarantee.

How do I cancel, and will I be charged again?

Cancel from your dashboard in two taps. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again.

Does it work on my number?

Yes, for mobile numbers in Australia, the US, and Canada — more countries are coming. Price shown reflects your location; Checkout confirms the exact amount and currency before you pay. Standard message rates from your carrier may apply.
